Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@basepatka.com. If your return is approved, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Approved returns should be shipped to:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, for both domestic and international returns. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns
International returns are accepted, but return shipping is paid by you and can be expensive — in many cases it may cost more than the value of your refund. We recommend emailing us at info@basepatka.com before returning an international order so we can help you decide whether a return makes sense. Original shipping charges on international orders are non-refundable. Any duties and taxes collected at checkout are also non-refundable, as they are paid to customs authorities and cannot be recovered.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item at your own expense within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue you store credit for the value of the returned merchandise, which you can put toward a replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@basepatka.com.
