Thank you for shopping with Base Patka. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method you select. All shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout by our carrier (DHL). There are no surprise customs fees to pay on delivery — your order total covers everything.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to monitor your delivery status.

Returns
